So 1930 NT will be put out twice a week now? I love the comic, but that might be a little much. No offense to Mr. Garduno, of course. Still, I might be misunderstanding this announcement. We’ll see.

3 times a week!
November 13th, 2009 at 12:12 am
Yes… well. Okay? I guess?
We’ll… see how this plays out. Dunno what’s going on, but alright.
November 13th, 2009 at 12:22 am
It’s too bad there are only in 7 days a week!
November 13th, 2009 at 12:27 am
WHY?
No offense to Ricky, I LOVE thursdays here at dumm, but what I always loved about Dumm comics is that it was a different comic every day. I don’t like the fact that one comic is getting expanded like this. it’s like more emphasis is being put on 1930s nightmare theater. couldn’t you have found a replacement for Mr. Gemmill instead?
November 13th, 2009 at 12:34 am
That’s cool
November 13th, 2009 at 12:53 am
Ha! Brilliant!
November 13th, 2009 at 2:34 am
Holy poops!
November 13th, 2009 at 2:57 am
Who called it!!!!??? I DID!!!!
I think that the one thing I always liked about Thursdays was that it was funny, now Thursday is 3 days a week, and not on Thursday.

Holy crap, more nightmares, awesome! 0_o although I do worry about the possibility of the comic quality suffering, I’m sure if that does happen then the schedule will return to normal with a new-new-new tuesday slot comic. Or possibly keeping this schedule except for the sunday slot.

As much as I like 1930 NT,being creepy as hell and all,I wonder if this is just temp until another comic artist/animator pics up the ball and decides to put out material for the site.Even so,I wish Skadi had stayed on Wednesdays,I always looked forward to them >.> .

Awesome!
Admittedly I have a certain sentimental attachment to 1930 Nightmare Theatre what with having been around for some of the initial brainstorming. *grin*
November 13th, 2009 at 8:57 am
I wouldn’t mind taking up a comic slot when Ricky feels he can’t keep up. <:
November 13th, 2009 at 10:15 am
Yea 1930 is good and all but damn….
November 13th, 2009 at 10:36 am
YES!!!!!!!!!!
November 13th, 2009 at 11:15 am
Man, some people will complain about anything. This website will be updating more often.
November 13th, 2009 at 1:22 pm
I agree with the answers, Nightmare Theater is awesome but its disappointing to learn that there won’t be a new comic. Its like finding out Grandma is going to live, but your parents forgot to get your Christmas presents in the hoopla. Yep, totally like that.
November 13th, 2009 at 2:02 pm
A little less variety, but it’s still cool.
November 13th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Thank you, Ricky.
November 13th, 2009 at 8:13 pm
Wow! Ricky, seriously you are the reason I flip back to dumm everyweek! Now 3 times a week! This may be the best thing ever! I really hope that you have not bitten off more than you can chew however… But I trust you know what you’re doing, since you didn’t have to add a second strip to the weekend or anything. You know what you’re doing! I’m so exited! Look forward very much so to the change!
November 13th, 2009 at 8:36 pm
eventually it’ll tire out Ricky and then he’ll have to leave because he’ll start getting comments like David got. To make a good comic you need time to think and this is gonna really screw it up. I just hope he can handle it until they get somebody to fill those loose spots. and HOW THE FUCK DARE YOU MOVE SKADI BACK?!? MOVE HER TO MONDAY DAMMIT!
November 13th, 2009 at 8:50 pm
I am seriously thrilled to see this happening.
November 13th, 2009 at 10:08 pm
Oh man, now my Dumm shirt is really seriously outdated! This is still awesome though. Go Ricky!
November 13th, 2009 at 10:48 pm
Mech Lab is still in line-up? I shouldn’t complain unless I can come up with something better …. hmmmmm?
November 14th, 2009 at 5:15 am
Oh boy. This means Ricky’s gotta work three times as hard as before.
Good luck with that, Mr. Garduno.
November 14th, 2009 at 5:55 am
Whoo!!
I don’t know why people are taking it so hard… I mean all the other comics are all still here (Save for sorry guys…but…uh no comment.) - now there’s just more Nightmare theatre! I like the change - and don’t think it takes away from any of the other comics too much. I think Nightmare and Skadi are the only comics that could work with being on a 3x a week basis. So it’s definately better than nothing.
November 14th, 2009 at 7:57 am
Dude, I have never commented. But seriously. This was the best one yet. I love the idea of this story arc.
November 14th, 2009 at 5:29 pm
haha, thanks Figgs, but what’s a “story arc”?
November 14th, 2009 at 7:36 pm
I highly approve of this new update schedule. Except now I might end up crying myself to sleep more often in fear …. Oh well.
November 14th, 2009 at 8:18 pm
Hmmm. I’m thinking Figgs may have been trying to comment on this weekend’s Frog Raccoon Strawberry, but accidentally posted in the blog section.
November 15th, 2009 at 8:25 am
I just peed a little.
November 16th, 2009 at 12:03 am
Ricky, are you gone mad or just started to use “speed” ? Too bad Dave gave up, though
November 16th, 2009 at 8:16 am
I’m kind of shocked that I’m saying this, but I’m actually sad that Sorry Guys is going if we’re getting three of the same comic a week as a result. It may have been a terrible comic, but at least it was _different_.
Nightmare Theatre is a perfectly adequate comic, but I sincerely hope that this is just a temporary change until some new ones can be found to fill the slots.
November 16th, 2009 at 8:28 am
hee hee hee I love it!
November 16th, 2009 at 4:16 pm
Excellent… I can be in subliminal touch with a genius three days a week.
November 17th, 2009 at 3:49 am
But…But I like sorry guys =(
