Call me ig-nant, but I never knew the LJ community was hiding so many amazing comic artists. Here’s a few that I discovered recently.
-Nick Edwards is a super talented dude from London, England. Aside from his doodle filled sketchbook pages, be sure not to miss his incredible comic, Phantom Sword.
-Rebecca Dart is an uber-talented artist hailing from Vancouver, Canada, and she somehow flew below my radar for far too long. All of her stuff is genius, but my favorite is her mini-comic, Drom the Squat.
-Steve Wolfhard, also from Vancouver, is the creator of the poignant and hilarious comic Cat Rackham. Also check out his website dedicated solely to Cat Rackham.

Seeing as you’ve only just recently heard of Rebecca Dart before, you should definitely check out Rabbit Head. It’s one of her books that i picked up randomly a while back, and it instantly became one of the most unique comics in my collection… you’ll know what i mean once you start reading it.
