If you didn’t get your fill of fighting cartoon girls from today’s Skadi, then you’ve gotta check out this amazing new animated music video by the genius cartoonists Nick Cross and Dave Cooper. The short is animated to a track called King of Magazines by Danko Jones. Dave Cooper designed the characters and drew the storyboards, and Nick Cross (along with Steve Stefanelli) brought the film to life using their magical Flash skills. A couple of the Dumm artists worked with Nick indirectly on Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon, which Nick was the Art Director on. Nick was stationed in Spumco North (in Canada), while the rest of us were at Spumco South (in Hollywood, Ca), so we never got to see each other, but it was always a pleasure to see his work.
