Oh man, boogie fever is so horrible. Last time I had it I spent a whole day listening to the Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack and Ethel Merman's Disco album over and over. It was torture I tells ya!

here's a couple reasons:
~pretty bgs
~nice use of "depth-of-field" in last 2 panels
~insanely wild range of expressions in characters
~mouth-foaming
~the frog suit is just as sick as Strawberry, right down to the de-saturated, sickly color, the bags under the eyes, and ice-pack on the head.

Aw, poor Strawberry's sick (wauuugh, swollen eyes and sweat-dripping fur), but if it gives Marissa more screen time, BONUS! Marissa looks great this time! Her posture and expression in panel six are priceless.

As for Pippi--I would gladly play lawn darts with you, princess; just let me get my power launcher. You get points for foaming at the mouth, but I still hate you with a claw hammer.

I love this comic a lot, very screwy, but one thing I'm not sure - is she suffering delusions of grandeur of amphibian nature, or is she truly become a frog raccoon?

I didn't know that Rainbow Brite had a San Diego Zoo adventure.

I remember watching "Rainbow Brite's San Diego Zoo Adventure" in my First Grade classroom... in 1987... oh, the little things that get seared into our brains.

Once you've known the deadly sting of it in your eyeballs, you can never un-remember it!

I've been meaning to comment sooner, but I love this comic. It's VERY hard to find a quality absurdest humor comic or cartoon anymore, as what seems to be in fashion is pop culture referencing and watered down situational comedy. Your art is amazing, and coming fresh from reading your blog - the whole "FRS-iverse." I'd love to see some of the stories and other series you've pitched as full animated episodes!

So in short, I just wanted to drop a line and tell you that you've gained another fan, TV's Kyle! Thank you for the laughs, and you rock!

Also, I would personally watch 5 minuets of Strawberry eating an ice cream sandwich as Pippi fumes in the background.
