Recently caught up with this comic and because it’s all one story arc I find myself hungrily waiting to consume the next edition and when it arrives it’s never enough. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing but keep it up
I wish I could give y’all more every week! But I’m glad you’re enjoying these episodes.
Definitely am. Are we going to get any other origin stories besides Guise’s. I wouldn’t mind having them delivered in the same long speech pattern but having an actual flashback would be ace
I would love to tell them all as independent, stand-alone stories, but I don’t think I’ll get into that anytime soon.
Oh shit yes! I love it when the main villain does the unexpected and goes for the violent, efficient kill instead of the capture, explanation of plans and elaborate, badly guarded way to kill the hero. I agree with that guard… holy crap!
I… think this may be where some other heroes may come bursting in to save the day. I’m sure we hate those arrogant pricks already, but this seems like the right moment for them to defeat the villain and gloat.
The guard on the far left in the last panel, the guard with pupils, is that IT nerd who can transform.
I need to search back through the archive and see if Decky’s powers are specifically limited to her hands. ‘Cause a long-distance nut-shot would come in handy/be awesome right about next week. Or kick to the teeth or throat, I ain’t choosy.
SPOILER ALERT! TOO!
The unenthusiastic, ungrabby henchman who wanders in from backstage left prolly ain’t who he appears to be, jus’ sayin’.
Kicking, kneeing, elbowing and headbutting aren’t strictly decking but then again neither is a slap upside your head
Well, as far as people available to save her. We’ve got Fritter, Guise, Uber Force/Team/Whatever or, and this is a longshot, The Human Mallet
Yo dawg I heard you like blades so I put some blades on yo’ blade! Did Master Gila appear on an episode of “Pimp my Fortress” or what? XD
To all the speculators, I’ll just say, Mmweeelllll … Could be!
That guard on her right seems MIGHTY SUSPICIOUS looking. I be he’s actually there to sell insurance.
What does the second lever say? “Arse”?
I’m not sure. Possibly HORSE. Maybe a horse drops through one of those holes in the ceiling and squashes intruders.
The “LUNCH” lever is my favorite gag in today’s episode. ^_^
Did the inspiration for Decker’s ability come from Rayman? I’m asking because they both throw their punches a long distance.
Nope, I am completely Rayman illiterate. Now I’m looking at videos on youtube, and I’m not bothered, because they don’t strike me as similar.
“That’s not a knife. THESE are a knife!” -Gila as Crocodile Dundee
