Also, I don’t pretend to be a Grammar Nazi or a nitpicker: “But I was bitting…” Is that Strawb’s young wordplay at work? Once again I don’t mean to sound like a nitpicker!
I made the choice to leave the dialogue from the fan comic on which this is based completely unchanged so that the reader (and Strawberry herself) could read it the same way I did when I first saw the original. That means any misspellings or wonky grammar stay as-is.
Naturally, DC killed him, replaced him with a teenager with a hand made of water, retconned the entire mess out of existence, re-retconned some of the mess back into existence, and now he’s basically Namor with less ethnicity, more orange, and piping and bling. Is he still a resurrected dead guy in a DCU in which “from now on dead means dead”? Nevermind. I’ll stick with the cartoons; they don’t have annual housecleaning “events” so they haven’t much opportunity to create these sorts of fifty-car pileups.

But then DiMaggio pretty much owns every role he takes on, doesn’t he? No offense to Mark Hamill, the late great Heath Ledger, Cesar Romero, or Jack, but John’s my favorite Joker.

I actually like that green-brown-pink logo. Also, I hope Strawberry Dad becomes a recurrent character.
I’m actually pretty fond of that logo too! As for Strawberry’s Dad, he’s just a character in a comic book. None of this is canon.

The writing is intentionally awful. That makes it ok.
