…..but why is “shit” censored? There has been far worse content (especially in the days of 1930NMT) that has made it into the comical world of Dumm, uncensored.

I like the way it looks with the strike-through over it. It’s pretty obvious what it says, so I don’t entirely consider it censored. Kind of like how I enjoy the sound of the guitar-tone censors on Metalocalypse more than the uncensored audio.

I’m with you, obviously censored shit is way funnier than uncensored shit, because it calls so much more attention to itself.
What value does straight up cussing bring to a comic anyways? It doesn’t make it more ‘real’ or mature. It usually does the opposite.
