Well, our heroes survived another week. But what about next week's impending perils?! Drop in again next Sunday! (please?)

Thanks for the yarn, batman628. Cartoon-inspired scares are the best kind!

Anybody who missed it: Go back and read all the comments from earlier in the Ghost of a Chance arc, to see where several readers recounted their own personal encounters with the ... fifth dimension, or whatever the heck ghosts are. Then come back here and tell us YOUR stories!

In defense of Priscilla, Onion Puss is kind of a creep. And he's made of onion apparently.

This was such a great storyline! Good job, Chris!

Also, I know this is a bit late in the game but...

When I was about ten years old, I was watching an episode of "Hey Arnold!" during the dead of fall in Iowa. This episode was "The Haunted Train," the one where Arnold, Gerald, and Helga hopped a train that was supposedly haunted by a ghost engineer. It was a very good episode; a classic "ghost story" type episode that kids secretly liked to hear, including me. However, by the end of it - when the mad engineer laughed and sang dementedly on top of his moving train - I guess I had bought into it a little too much. I immediately turned off the T.V. in a vain attempt to erase the memories of the last 11 minutes so as to not be scared anymore. That only made things worse though because the dead silence soon began to suffocate my thoughts, which in turn made me notice the weird lighting caused by the stark, cloudy weather outside. I cautiously sat up and began to slowly make my way to the stairs. It felt as though everything would be alright if I had made sure that no one would hear me.

That's when I heard a tapping at the window and I made a dead sprint to my parents' room where my mom, dad, and sister were at.

Needless to say, I didn't sleep all that well that night. Everything turned out okay though, I can actually look at that episode and laugh. I guess you can say that this was more of a situation of an over-active imagination than a ghost experience, but you probably couldn't tell 10-year-old me that.
