Hey guys! So…I know I said I’d do my best to get comics done while I’m working in Texas, but I don’t think it’s going to be possible. I don’t really feel comfortable using work computers to do outside stuff. I feel pretty bad about doing this right at the end of a storyline, but hopefully people will come back to see what happens when I’m back home. I haven’t got much of a setup art-wise at my apartment, so I took a photo of this doodle with my iPhone. Sorry that’s all I have for right now!
Holy cow, by the way. So far there has been nothing to eat here but the manliest piles of meat. Skadi would love Texas.

Where in Texas are you? I was just in San Antonio for work, and found one of the best vegetarian restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. It was almost a mile walk from the hotel, but I still ended up eating there twice a day.

As someone living in Texas I can say that queso is also a staple around here. I don’t think I ever go out to eat with my friends (native Texans) without them ordering queso, unless we get Thai or something like that. Even most “generic” restaurants seem to serve it. Also another vote for Shiner, they have good beers not just the bock.
