I dont want to sound like a ass or anything but your always doing this? This comic is more like tri-weekly?
It makes me sad, because I love this comic so much, and I know its for your own fun and I know your not getting paid, but its just so depressing.
There’s a LOT of extra work involved in getting a book ready for print, even a compilation.
I think K&L should use more guest artists to fill in – they used to have Skadi guest comics pretty regularly – but I completely understand why they’re having less time than usual for the weekly comic atm.

Katie, in a recent John K interview posted on Cartoon Brew, he listed YOU as a major infulence!! That’s beyond huge!!!!!!!
If you had John K himself write a forward for the skadi book, you can pitch the book to like Image or Dark Horse, or some other
major company! A John K endorsement would send this Skadi collection into the STRATOSPHERE!!!!!!
Also, it would be awesome if you and Luke could include commentary on the strips somewhere on the pages.

I agree with “skadi fan.” I’ve always wondered what you guys were thinking when you were making the strip. A commentary would be a cool little thing to throw in. Of course, realistically, commentary for every comic (maybe just the epic several part strips) would take quite awhile to put together.
Regardless you’re getting my money.

I understand both sides of not getting a fresh comic up. As a fan, it’s a letdown for sure… as a comics creator, it really ruins my whole day if I get too busy with other “crap” and can’t get an episode online. The silver lining, of course, is that there is a book project in the works and that Katie and Luke haven’t gotten addicted to crack and just can’t seem to get their shit together.
i will buy the Skadi book in an instant.
